Scouting and Guiding

Scouting and Guiding groups for all ages from 5 to 18+ meet in Charlotte Chapel on a Friday night.

We follow the national programmes for these organisations. The groups are all run by Christian leaders and have an epilogue at the end of each meeting which focusses on some aspect of Christianity.

Scouting

Scouting groups in Charlotte Chapel are for boys aged 6 and over. They all meet on Friday evenings in the church building for games and activities. During the summer they often meet outside. They also camp regularly, usually at our own site in Canty Bay, near North Berwick.

• Beavers are aged 6-8.
• Cubs are aged 8-10. Contact cubs@charlottechapel.org.

• Explorers are aged 14-18

Guiding

Guiding groups in Charlotte Chapel are for girls aged 5 and over. They all meet on Friday evenings in the church building for games and activities. There are often opportunites for camping away.

• Rainbows are aged 5-7.
• Brownies are aged 7-10.
• Guides are aged 10-14.
