Prayer

Prayer is a central part of our life as a church. It is the way we communicate with God.

We pray in many different settings within Charlotte Chapel. Prayer is part of every Sunday service. We meet in many different small groups for prayer. We all also spend time praying alone.

As we pray, we seek to:

• Thank God for who he is and all that he has done for us.
• Confess the things we have done wrong and ask for forgiveness.
• Ask God about the things that concern us.

Prayer meeting

Once a week we come together as a whole church with our main focus on prayer. We think about our church, our city and nation and our world. We may have a specific theme or pray more generally.

All are welcome. You do not have to pray out loud. We know that God hears all our prayers, both spoken and unspoken.

We meet on Wednesday evenings at 7.30 in Charlotte Chapel. Once a month we have a focus on our missionary family around the world.
