The Greenhouse

What's It About?

The Greenhouse is a new initiative aimed at inspiring and nurturing young Christian leaders. It's designed to enthuse and equip people for Christian leadership at all levels, by teaching important biblical truths and invaluable practical skills.

Who's It For?

The Greenhouse is primarily for Christians who want to be better equipped to serve in positions of leadership and in whom others have recognized leadership potential.

Why Sign Up?

If you suspect that God has given you gifts and desires which suggest some kind of leadership role, either now or in the future, then we would strongly encourage you to sign up. If you're not sure what Christian leadership involves and whether it's for you, but you're curious to find out, then we would also encourage you to sign up. In either case, please complete and return the attached application form.

What If I Don't?

If you don't sign up, you are still welcome to attend any of the teaching sessions you think will be helpful to you as a Christian. However, the course materials will only be provided to those who have signed up.

What's the Cost?

The main cost will be in terms of time. The Greenhouse will be running on Thursdays, 8pm-9:15pm, for 36 weeks of the year (usually in 4-week blocks with at least a week's break between). But we firmly believe that you will reap the benefits of your investment many times over — and not only you, but also the church as a whole. On the financial side, we're suggesting a donation of £10 to cover the cost of materials for those able to afford it.

Where & When?

The Greenhouse will be held in the lounge or lower hall of Charlotte Chapel, on Thursday evenings from 8pm-9:15pm. See programme below for dates.
